Reservation Guidelines

The Gathering Place can be reserved by IU Kokomo students, faculty, and staff for meetings and events.
Room reservations may be made using your primary IU email address at least two days in advance. If approved, you will receive a confirmation to the IU email address provided.
This space includes flexible seating and a computer with a large display monitor equipped with audio and video capabilities.

This is the large, open space in the center of the first floor of the Library between the high-top seating and the Government Documents shelves.
